Cuppa Cuppa Cake

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Pour melted butter into a baking dish.

2. Make the Batter

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and milk until smooth.

3. Assemble (No Stirring!)

  • Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter (do not mix).
  • Spoon fruit and some of its juice over the top (again, do not stir).

4. Bake

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and set.

🍽 Serve

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • Delicious both warm and at room temperature
