1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Pour melted butter into a baking dish.
2. Make the Batter
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and milk until smooth.
3. Assemble (No Stirring!)
- Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter (do not mix).
- Spoon fruit and some of its juice over the top (again, do not stir).
4. Bake
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and set.
🍽 Serve
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
- Delicious both warm and at room temperature
