- 300g (10 oz) steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Tortellini
- Boil according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
