🍞 Base
- 1 package King's Hawaiian sweet rolls (12-pack)
🧈 Filling
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
🧀 Cream Cheese Glaze
- 115g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (to thin)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease a baking dish.
2. Slice the Rolls
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab in half horizontally (like a sandwich).
3. Make the Filling
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Assemble
- Spread most of the cinnamon mixture over the bottom half.
- Place the top half back on.
- Pour the remaining mixture over the top.
5. Bake
