🛒 Ingredients

🍞 Base

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian sweet rolls (12-pack)

🧈 Filling

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

🧀 Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 115g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk (to thin)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Grease a baking dish.

2. Slice the Rolls

  • Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab in half horizontally (like a sandwich).

3. Make the Filling

  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

4. Assemble

  • Spread most of the cinnamon mixture over the bottom half.
  • Place the top half back on.
  • Pour the remaining mixture over the top.

5. Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and caramelized.

6. Make the Glaze

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

7. Finish

  • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
